APPROACH

Utilize event management and logistics to create a memorable and impressionable weekend among TBH clients.

THE OUTCOME:

Successfully executed a welcome lounge, private dinner with sponsors including Defiance Fuel, community engagement, and team-building with the athlete youth at Legacy Fit, a facility owned by celebrity trainer Manning Summer and sponsors Chick-fil-A; in partnership with community and social entrepreneur Dominique Sensabaugh.

ASSIGNMENT

For years, 5 Star Relations has idealized and executed TBH Sports’ annual Beyond the Game summit - an event geared towards fellowship, financial literacy and empowerment, and community relations among its professional athlete clients. The TBH Sports Retreat took this concept on the road to sunny Miami Beach, Fl. The assignment was to create a weekend experience for TBH clients to engage among one another and give back to the community.

BEYOND THE GAME PRIVATE DINNER

TBH Sports hosted a “Welcome to Miami” themed private dinner for clients and partners during their annual Beyond the Game retreat. Here’s a look into the atmosphere we created!
