PROJECT: Beyond the Game Retreat

OVERVIEW

5 Star Relations partnered with TBH Sports, a financial management company, to develop and expand the Beyond the Game experience - a program designed by 5 Star Relations, created to empower professional athletes through education, fellowship, and community connection.

Initially launched as an annual summit in Atlanta, the program brought TBH clients together for discussions on real estate, franchising, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Following its success, the concept evolved into the Beyond the Game Retreat in Miami Beach — a three-day immersive experience that combined learning, wellness, and community engagement in a new and elevated format.

The Miami retreat marked the next chapter of the program’s growth, bringing athletes, partners, and community leaders together for meaningful dialogue, mentorship, and shared impact.

Concept Evolution & Program Development – Expanded the Beyond the Game Summit into a branded retreat experience, shaping the creative direction and program framework to align with TBH’s athlete development goals.
Event Design & Production – Managed venue sourcing, logistics, vendor coordination, and hotel room blocks to deliver a seamless three-day experience in Miami Beach.
Programming & Partnerships – Curated workshops and activations enhancing the educational and experiential value of the retreat.
Community Engagement – Facilitated athlete-led mentorship with local youth in collaboration with philanthropist Dominique Sensabaugh, emphasizing impact and connection beyond sports.
Sponsorship & Experience Management – Directed on-site execution, partner activations, and guest experience to ensure cohesive delivery across all retreat activities.
