PROJECT: COURT CRED “WELCOME TO MY CITY” MIXER

 

ASSIGNMENT:

To create brand awareness for Atlanta based, high-school sports media client, Courtcred.com, during the 2013 NCAA Final Four Weekend held in Atlanta, GA

APPROACH:

Plan a private, invite-only Courtcred.com hosted event that would enhance brand awareness amongst the Final Four weekend’s audience.  Utilize a social atmosphere with key influencers to create networking opportunities and push communication tools.  Bring in a special-guest DJ to create additional buzz.

THE OUTCOME:  

Over 300 sports professionals and executives, celebrities, tastemakers and influencers packed into Aurum Lounge for an evening to remember.  Belvedere vodka provided a complimentary open-bar, and renowned DJ, Don Cannon provided the sounds.  Courtcred.com was branded throughout the event with communication tools, and its logo became the focal point shining on the wall of the venue.  The event generated local social media buzz through the branded hashtags.
