PROJECT: Jalen Ramsey Back to School Bash

Overview

For three consecutive years, 5 Star Relations has partnered with NFL standout Jalen Ramsey to deliver his annual Back to School Bash. This signature community event provides local youth and families with essential school supplies, interactive activities, and a full day of fun. Each year, the event combines purpose and play, creating an experience that celebrates education, community, and connection.

In 2024, the initiative expanded with the first-ever Summer Bash in Miami, extending Jalen’s impact to new communities and reinforcing his continued commitment to empowering youth beyond the field.

  • Event Branding & Creative Direction – Designed cohesive event branding, visuals, and on-site experiences.

  • Full-Service Event Production & Management – Oversaw all event logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure seamless operations.

  • Year-over-Year Reach: Supported more than 1,500 youth across three years, with total attendance surpassing 2,600 participants.

  • Educational Support: Distributed hundreds of backpacks and school supplies annually to students at Purpose Preparatory Academy and youth in the Nashville area.

  • Enhanced Experience: Curated a mix of entertainment and engagement, including rock climbing walls, bounce houses, carnival games, food trucks, and live DJ performances.

  • Community Partnerships: Activated partnerships with local vendors, small businesses, and schools, creating opportunities for regional collaboration and economic participation.

  • Memorable Moments: Delivered exciting raffle experiences with prizes including PlayStation 5s, iPads, headphones, and gift cards, ensuring every attendee left inspired and appreciated.
