 SLAM MAGAZINE’S WORLD BASKETBALL FESTIVAL PARTY

 

 

ASSIGNMENT: 

Assist in a branding opportunity for national publication SLAM Magazine during NIKE’s inaugural World Basketball Festival in NYC.

APPROACH:

Assist event PR agency in the overall development, brand strategies, sponsor integration, and event planning and execution of a client hosted private mixer and after party.

THE OUTCOME:  

Our team successfully assisted SLAM Magazine’s event PR team in one of the most talked about events of the weekend, which also received rave reviews from the people at SLAM Magazine themselves.  The two-pronged celebration started with an invite-only reception dinner, and ended with an overflowing after-party. Celebrity DJ SNS, spun club bangers for a who’s who crowd, including Power 105.1’s DJ Clue, Florida State forward Chris Singleton, Oklahoma Thunder’s Royal Ivey, Washington Wizards’ Hamady Ndiaye, Indiana Pacers’ Danny Granger, Boston Celtics’ Rajon Rondo, New York Knicks’ Amare Stoudemire, comedian Anthony Anderson, R&B singer Olivia, and video vixens Melyssa Ford and Liris Crosse.
